BUILDING CAPACITY for WELLNESS is an individualized, comprehensive and interactive teacher wellness program that aims to enhance personal and professional resiliency skills.
Working with a wellness expert with real teaching experience, you're invited to invest in yourself in a trusting environment of teachers who want to prioritize their needs in this unprecedented time. This program goes beyond theory and dives into neuroscience, perspective, mindfulness, and the impact of stress on the brain and body. It affords participants with strategies to help build capacity within ourselves and our school teams to positively impact and shift culture.
This 12- week journey (2 phases of 6 weeks) is designed with the unique needs of teachers in mind and provides tools that will help build individual, team, and student morale, relational quality, motivation, and inner strength as challenges arise. Participants will leave better able to sustain their personal wellness and to leverage their skills towards developing wellness in the overall school culture.
