Voluntary Employee Benefits Association (VEBA)

The Washington Teachers’ Union has a new benefit plan to provide Supplementary Unemployment Benefits which were promised as Option 2 in the WTU Collective Bargaining Agreement with the District of Columbia Public Schools to Excessed permanent status WTU members with twenty (20) or more years of service and most recent IMPACT evaluation scores as higher have the option of receiving Supplemental Unemployment Benefits.
