Description 

This course will review research and recommendations regarding effective writing instruction. You will also engage in the writing process and develop methods and strategies for teaching writing to diverse learners in all content areas. Participants will see the connection of effective writing instruction to relevant writing standards, review research and recommendations regarding effective writing instruction, engage in the writing process, and reflect on new learning. 

Participants may earn 5 PLU’s.
