Washington, D.C. (7News) — Watkins Elementary School students marked a 19-year-old tradition on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial Friday afternoon to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The students recited MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech at the very spot where he stood in 1963.
